This is a Marketing Manager position reporting to the SVP of Growth; the successful candidate will own the development of the marketing plan for Kindred.
You will work closely with the SVP of Growth, SVP of PR & Communication, and the COO to ensure the plan is aligned to meet our goals. You will be responsible for targeting core markets, user acquisition and increasing brand awareness and engagement. This is a broad role including content management, website project management, digital and direct marketing, you will be responsible for campaigns including the strategic planning as well as the delivery and execution, with the clear aim of the business becoming the market leader within its field. If successful with the view to grow a team.
You will be a Marketing Manager from a tech/software/platform or consumer/tech/online/platform background and have ideally worked within Martech or marketplace platforms. You will have a wealth of marketing experience and be a self-starter as well as a key team player. You will have managed direct reports and be a problem solver, analytical and data driven with a focus on results-based marketing. The successful candidate will have worked within a matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders, have experience of CRM, email marketing, automation and be an expert on social media platforms. As well as this you will need to have a strong brand focus and lead integrated campaigns. This role requires someone to understand both B2C and B2B marketing strategies and an excellent opportunity for someone with the above experience to join a forward thinking growing business.
